Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Assisted Living Facilities, including managing staff, residents, and families Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional resident care and services Manage budgets, authorize expenditures, and supervise financial transactions Ensure timely and effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and facility operations Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives to drive growth and improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Colorado Minimum 2+ years of experience in Assisted Living Facilities or similar healthcare setting Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising healthcare teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
