Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a Director of Front Office for a luxury resort hotel. Previous experience in a high-volume full-service or luxury hotel is necessary. Director Front Office Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front services Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service or luxury hotel Being a great teacher and coach Experience in resorts and multi-unit operations is necessary All aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards Maintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
