Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Drive quality measures, survey readiness, occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. Recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders while creating a positive workplace culture. Lead operational initiatives that improve outcomes for residents, employees, and the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility is required. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and long-term care operations. Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational performance, and achieve measurable results.
