Full Job Description Nursing Home Administrator:
LNHA required We are looking to recruit top talent in the State of Florida to join our Healthcare Team! Our facilities have a mix of skilled nursing (post acute) patients and Long Term Care patients. We have opportunities for new and Senior LNHA candidates. We have a variety of skill and size buildings that promote growth and development within the company. Our facilities are in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. LNHA Job Duties:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities. Develop and maintain a healthy culture in your facility. Assist department directors in the development and implementation of performance evaluations. Counsel/discipline personnel as required or as may be necessary. Assist in the recruitment and selection of top talent at your facility. Ensure that the building and grounds are maintained.
LNHA Requirements:
A Bachler's Degree is required preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field. Must possess a current and unencumbered State of Florida Nursing Home Administrator's license. Must not be excluded from participation in Medicare or Medicaid programs. Must successfully complete a Level II Background screening.
