Responsibilities Oversee the overall management of the facility, including clinical services, staff supervision, and administrative functions Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care programs Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations and health policies while maintaining accreditation standards Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and healthcare financial planning to ensure operational sustainability Supervise care facility teams by recruiting, training, evaluating staff performance, and fostering a positive work environment Maintain thorough documentation related to resident care, medication administration, incident reports, and regulatory compliance Promote resident's rights by ensuring respectful treatment and safeguarding their dignity within the facility Requirements Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent certification in accordance with state regulations Extensive experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a focus on long-term care operations Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in healthcare or residential care settings Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, and dementia or Alzheimer's care standards Familiarity with Care plans development and implementation for residents with complex needs such as developmental disabilities or memory impairments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes Experience working with diverse populations including individuals requiring disability services or home & community care services Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and healthcare financial management strategies Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening in accordance with state regulations.
