Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Living Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of a vibrant senior living community. This leadership role requires a passionate individual dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life through exceptional care, innovative management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in assisted living, nursing home administration, and long-term care, with a strong focus on dementia and memory care services. As the senior leader, you will foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff while ensuring compliance with health regulations and financial stewardship. Your energetic approach will inspire teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that exceeds expectations. Duties Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality assisted living, memory care, and nursing services aligned with organizational goals. Oversee daily operations, including staff management, resident services, and facility maintenance to promote a safe and welcoming environment. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies. Ensure compliance with all state and federal health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities. Manage healthcare financials through budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization to sustain operational excellence. Supervise clinical staff such as nurses, social workers, caregivers, and administrative personnel to foster teamwork and professional growth. Cultivate strong relationships with residents' families and community partners to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. Lead efforts in staff recruitment, training programs, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Stay informed on industry trends including home & community care practices and aging services innovations to continuously improve service delivery. Requirements Proven leadership experience as an Executive Director or similar senior management role within assisted living or nursing home environments. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and healthcare financial management. Demonstrated expertise in managing memory care units specializing in Alzheimer's disease and dementia-related conditions. Strong background in nursing leadership or nursing home administration with relevant certifications preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized senior care services. Excellent skills in operations management, budgeting, staffing supervision, and regulatory adherence. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.
