Receptionist / Office Coordinator - Home Care Join a Fast-Paced, Growing Healthcare Office! Are you someone who brings positive energy wherever you go? Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly? If you're tech-savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you! We are seeking a professional, high-energy Receptionist / Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our busy home care office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and making every caller and visitor feel welcome. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
What You'll Do:
Greet clients, caregivers, applicants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and assist with interview coordination. Monitor office email and respond promptly to inquiries. Support the scheduling, recruiting, and client care teams as needed. Order office supplies and help keep the office organized and running efficiently. Enter and update information accurately in company software systems. Perform general administrative duties and assist with special projects.
What We're Looking For:
High-energy personality with a positive, can-do attitude. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office. Strong computer skills and confidence learning new technology. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and a true team player. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred. Healthcare or home care experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Competitive hourly pay based on experience Please note: This position does not include employer-sponsored benefits.
