Executive Director

A senior living community in the Kennesaw area is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and hands-on Executive Director to lead daily operations and support a strong culture of care for our residents and team members. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about senior living, team development, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living and/or memory care and be comfortable overseeing all aspects of community operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the community Leading and supporting department heads and staff Ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies Driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and retention Supporting family communication and community relationships Managing staffing, budgeting, and overall community performance Promoting a positive and engaging environment for residents and employees

Qualifications:

Executive Director experience in senior living preferred Experience in assisted living and/or memory care required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build culture, accountability, and teamwork LPN license is a strong plus Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment This is a confidential search. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
