What You'll Do As the Executive Director, you'll oversee all aspects of facility operations while building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and resident-focused care. Leadership & Operations Lead the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing facility Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve quality outcomes and operational performance Inspire, mentor, and develop an interdisciplinary leadership team Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement Drive resident satisfaction while maintaining a focus on exceptional clinical outcomes Financial & Regulatory Leadership Manage the facility's financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency Analyze key performance metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, Medicare requirements, and company policies Maintain survey readiness and champion quality improvement initiatives Team Development Coach and develop department leaders through ongoing feedback and professional development Support succession planning, retention efforts, and leadership growth Collaborate with fellow Executive Directors through the Ensign peer leadership cluster model to share best practices and drive innovation Qualifications We're seeking a strategic leader with a passion for people, quality care, and operational excellence.
