Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operations. Qualifications Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent certification required. Extensive experience in nursing home management or senior care facilities. Proven supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of assisted living, memory care, Alzheimer's care, and dementia support strategies. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Demonstrated expertise in operations management, budgeting, and financial acumen within healthcare environments. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care settings is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills combined with effective communication abilities. Background in social work or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
