Job Description
Aliya Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Staffing to support workforce management across several skilled nursing facilities on the South Side of Chicago. This role will oversee staffing operations across approximately 5-7 buildings within a 45-minute radius, including the Oak Lawn, Homewood, and Glenwood areas. The ideal candidate understands the staffing challenges within the skilled nursing environment and can effectively manage schedules, labor budgets, and overtime while ensuring adequate coverage across facilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee staffing coordination across multiple facilities in the region Monitor schedules, staffing ratios, and daily coverage needs Manage labor budgets and control overtime across buildings Support facility leadership with staffing strategy and workforce planning Collaborate with Administrators and Directors of Nursing to maintain proper staffing levels Analyze staffing data to improve efficiency and reduce agency usage Travel between facilities within the South Side region as needed Qualifications Prior staffing or scheduling experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required Strong understanding of nursing schedules, labor budgets, and overtime management Experience coordinating staffing across multiple facilities preferred Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-facility environment What's Being Offered Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 Regional leadership role within a growing organization Travel between 5-7 buildings within a 45-minute radius Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Licensed Nursing Home Administrator chicago conf Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Chicago Skilled Nursing Facility Confidential Search A skilled nursing facility in Chicago is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the building. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing financial performance, and supporting department leadership. The ideal candidate understands the Illinois skilled nursing environment and is capable of driving both clinical quality and operational success. Key Responsibilities Provide full operational oversight of the facility Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance Manage department heads including Nursing, Admissions, HR, Dietary, and Maintenance Drive census growth and maintain strong referral relationships Oversee budgets, labor management, and financial performance Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve quality outcomes Build and retain a strong leadership team Qualifications Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required Prior Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator experience preferred Strong knowledge of Illinois regulations and survey process Experience managing budgets, staffing, and census Strong leadership and communication skills What's Being Offered Competitive compensation aligned with experience Performance-based incentives Supportive leadership environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the organization IND456
