  • Full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation | Decatur, Illinois As our facility continues to grow, Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who is passionate about long-term care, committed to operational excellence, and dedicated to creating an environment where residents and staff can thrive. We are looking for a visible, hands-on leader who values teamwork, accountability, compassion, and high-quality resident care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $90,000
  • $115,000 annually based on experience and licensure Group Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation and Time Off Position Overview This role oversees clinical support, regulatory compliance, financial management, staffing initiatives, and community engagement while ensuring the highest standards of resident care and customer service.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive culture throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility Ensure exceptional resident care and a welcoming living environment Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Provide leadership and support to department managers and facility staff Manage budgeting, financial performance, and operational oversight Lead recruitment, retention, and employee development initiatives Support marketing, admissions, and census development efforts Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners Promote a culture focused on compassion, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License required or ability to obtain licensure Previous long-term care leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and facility operations Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and complex medical needs Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to serve as an engaged and visible leader within the facility and community Join Our Team If you are a dedicated healthcare leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in long-term care, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team committed to providing exceptional care and service to our residents every day.
