The Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating of the facility to ensure quality care for residents; be knowledgeable of and implement federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the facility and residents, personnel, and physical plant. This position requires a current, unencumbered nursing facility administrator's license in the State of IL and 4 years applicable work experience preferred.
