Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long-Term Care Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within a variety of long-term care settings. About the Job 8 Hour Flexible Shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd shift) Minimum 4-6 shifts per month Overtime if wanted Weekly Pay Open for RNs or LPNs (RN pay $45.50/hr or LPN pay $37.50/hr) benefits available if working 30+ hrs per week Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Provide education and coaching to residents and their families on health maintenance, medication use, nutrition, and disease management. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration in the applicable state or region. Proven experience in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities.

Pay:

$37.50 - $45.50 per hour
