We are the residence of choice for more than 1,400 seniors, and the workplace of choice for more than 2,000 employees. Responsibilities The Executive Director is responsible to lead and direct the overall operations of the Community in accordance with resident's needs, government regulations, and Villas of Holly Brook policies and procedures. Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet the financial goals within the established budgetary guidelines. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, State hospitals and general public. Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual. Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others. Practice and promote Villas of Holly Brook Policy and Procedures, Mission Statement. Computer-Intermediate word and data processing, spreadsheet Negotiation and conflict management skills Business skills-budgeting, soft sales, marketing Ability to work will with all levels of employees Coaching/mentoring/development Complex resident relationships-persuasive, diplomatic, manage conflict Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets. Qualifications Associates Degree preferred 2 years management experience. 2 years of Memory Care experience required Any and all licenses in good standing. Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position. Weekends required Benefits Offered to full-time staff
