Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and appropriateness of resident care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. With your experience and expertise, you will lead our team in delivering outstanding patient care and creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards Prepare annual budget for the facility and monitor monthly performance to ensure timely interventions as needed Recruit, hire, provide orientation/training, and retain a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services Ensure employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and conduct periodic performance appraisals Safeguard the facility as a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes
Requirements:
Experience working as a Nursing Home Administrator Excellent work history in the Long Term Care industry (minimum 3 years) Active license as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA)
