We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations at Advena Living of Bonner Springs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to residents and can deliver operational excellence. As an LNHA, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional services while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices in the industry. Responsibilities Run the facility efficiently and effectively—on time and on budget Ensure full compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and hold department heads accountable Build strong resident and family satisfaction scores Achieve high ratings on quality and safety metrics Optimize staffing, census, and financial performance Skills Active LNHA in Kansas Bachelor's degree required Strong grasp of nursing home regulations and financial oversight Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver measurable results Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in aspects of care delivery.
