Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

An established skilled nursing facility in Salina, Kansas is seeking an experienced, licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide exceptional operational leadership while fostering a culture focused on quality care, employee engagement, regulatory excellence, and resident satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven healthcare leader who thrives on building strong teams, improving outcomes, and creating an exceptional experience for residents and families. Responsibilities Direct the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and interdisciplinary teams Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness Oversee financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and expense management Promote a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and clinical excellence Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve strategic operational goals Qualifications Required Current Kansas Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license Minimum of 2 years of nursing home administrator experience Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, reimbursement, and long-term care operations Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred History of successful state survey outcomes Experience improving occupancy, quality measures, and financial performance Stable work history with progressive leadership experience What You'll Receive Competitive base salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off Continuing education and professional development Supportive executive leadership Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and staff EOE
