What You'll Do:

Lead the overall operations of Assisted Living, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Drive a culture of engagement, spending significant time with residents and staff Oversee care delivery, including assessments, service plans, and medication processes Manage and develop staff through c oaching, accountability, and performance management Lead quality assurance initiatives, including tracking trends (falls, infections, etc.) Partner with residents and families to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction Oversee admissions, discharges, and documentation accuracy Prepare for and lead state surveys and regulatory reviews Promote a safe environment through infection control and safety protocols

What You Bring:

Leadership experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care (required) Strong working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability Experience supporting residents with complex medical and cognitive needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred) Licensed Administrator
