What You'll Own You'll be the driving force behind the Memory Care neighborhood—setting the tone, the standard, and the experience. Create an environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued Lead and coach a dedicated care team, setting clear expectations and accountability Oversee resident assessments and ensure care plans are thoughtful and individualized Stay ahead of changes in condition and respond with strong clinical judgment Build relationships with families—be their go-to resource and trusted partner Keep operations compliant, organized, and always survey-ready Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless resident experience What You Bring to the Table Solid experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care Licensed LPN in KY Leadership experience where you've coached, developed, and held teams accountable Strong understanding of dementia care and resident-centered approaches Confidence in managing compliance, documentation, and clinical oversight A calm, steady presence—especially in fast-moving situations T he Details Full-time, salaried leadership position On-call rotation and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities Active presence in the building—this is not a desk-only role Let's Connect If you're ready to step into a role where leadership, compassion, and impact all come together—we'd love to hear from you.
