Job Description
Mass Care Link, Inc is an Adult Foster Care Agency committed to assisting the elderly and disabled population to remain living in the community with a caregiver and additional supports, which we have been proudly doing for over a decade. We are accredited with the Council on Accreditation and the Better Business Bureau. If you are passionate about making a difference in the community and in the lives of the individuals that we support, Mass Care Link is the employer for you! We are looking for a full-time Care Manager to conduct assessments, placements, and home visits throughout the state of Massachusetts. Must be willing to travel. Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30
