Understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for nursing homes. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions and effectively manage challenging situations. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary leadership team.
