Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Job Overview Mom and Sons Associate LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Assisted Living Manager (ALM) to support oversight and compliance for our assisted living home. This role is structured as an Independent Contractor (1099) position and is ideal for a licensed professional who values flexibility while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance. The ALM will collaborate with ownership and onsite administrative staff to help maintain operations in accordance with applicable assisted living regulations and standards. Responsibilities Provide oversight and consultation related to assisted living operations Support compliance with applicable state licensing requirements and regulations Review and maintain required documentation and records Assist with policy implementation and operational guidance Support quality assurance and resident-centered care practices Participate in periodic meetings and communication with ownership as needed Assist with readiness for licensing reviews and inspections Provide recommendations for staff training and operational improvements Qualifications High School Diploma 80-hour Assisted Living Manager (ALM) Course Current Assisted Living Manager (ALM) qualification/licensure as required by state regulations Experience working in assisted living, residential, or healthcare settings preferred Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and provide professional consultation Reliable transportationPreferred Experience Assisted Living Management experience: 1+ years preferred Experience with licensing compliance and quality management Experience supporting small residential assisted living settings What We Offer Flexible contractor arrangement Opportunity to help shape a growing assisted living organization Collaborative and supportive work environment Mom and Sons Associate LLC is committed to providing quality care and maintaining a respectful, professional environment for residents and staff.
