Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Supervisor (Male) to lead and manage our team within a dynamic care environment. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident-centered care, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in senior care settings, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents with diverse needs. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within assisted living, nursing home, or group home settings, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations Lead and motivate staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to promote a high-functioning team Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and accuracy in accordance with healthcare protocols Coordinate resident activities and social programs to enhance engagement and well-being Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to support residents' holistic needs Qualifications Proven supervisory or management experience within senior care facilities such as retirement homes or long-term care environments Extensive knowledge of assisted living services, nursing home operations, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory support strategies Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care settings is highly desirable Strong understanding of care plans development and implementation tailored to individual resident needs Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations governing senior care Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of resident care Join us if you're passionate about leading compassionate teams dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through exceptional care.
