This position requires a well organized and reliable individual who's also compassionate leader dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents. The Home Manager will ensure compliance with resident rights and care plans while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Responsibilities Are as followed but not limited to: Lead and manage daily operations of the group home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Supervise staff during training periods, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and resident care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to assisted living and dementia care. Foster a positive environment that respects resident rights and promotes dignity. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain financial acumen by managing budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively. Ensure all paper in the home is completely daily and accurately. Skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Experienced in working with individuals with both mental and physical challenges. Financial acumen to effectively manage budgets and resources within the home. Experience in implementing care plans that meet individual resident needs. Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy within a group home setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff. Background in Direct Care Work. 2 years Management Experience Required. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care while managing a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
