Facility Administrator Prairie Ridge Healthcare Recruiting South-Central Minnesota | Full-Time Prairie Ridge Healthcare Recruiting is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Facility Administrator (LNHA) on behalf of an established skilled nursing and long-term care organization in South-Central Minnesota. The Administrator will provide overall leadership for daily operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, employee engagement, financial performance, census development, and resident and family satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality-improvement initiatives Recruit, develop, coach, and hold department leaders accountable Promote employee engagement, teamwork, retention, and communication Monitor staffing, labor, census, expenses, and facility performance Partner with nursing, therapy, admissions, social services, dietary, and environmental services Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally Build positive relationships with employees, providers, referral partners, and the community Foster a culture centered on safety, dignity, service, and accountability Qualifications Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility to obtain licensure Knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement Strong leadership, financial, operational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment High level of professionalism and discretion Additional information about the organization and facility location will be provided to selected applicants during the interview process.
