Registered Nurse (RN) Wellness Director Assisted Living

Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Leader / Charge Nurse Are you an RN ready to lead our Health & Wellness program—without the burnout of staffing chaos or office politics? We're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve in a Clinical Leadership / Charge Nurse role —a hands-on position where you'll guide care, train the team, and make a meaningful impact every day. We have a small, 44-bed Assisted Living located on a beautiful, pastoral 32-acre campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee resident clinical assessments (on-site and off-site) Develop, update, and ensure compliance of care and evacuation plans Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff Lead training, education, and mentoring initiatives Monitor documentation and regulatory compliance (Matrix system) Oversee all medication services Assist on the floor as needed to support resident care Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical outcomes and team performance

Pay & Benefits:

Salary:

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living required Strong skills in clinical assessment, care planning, and training Experience with electronic health records (Matrix preferred) Passion for geriatric, hospice, and resident-centered care
