Senior Living Executive Director 814 W South Ave, Maryville, MO 64468 $90,000 a year - Full-time $90,000 a year - Full-time $5000.00 Sign on Bonus at 6 month of service Parkdale Manor Health & Rehabilitation has been growing over the last year and looking for an experienced , energetic and dedicated Senior Living Executive Director to lead our senior care community with passion and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, and fostering a vibrant, supportive environment for residents and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in assisted living, nursing home management, or long-term care, combined with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. As the leader of our community, you will inspire teams, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission 2. Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies and state and federal workplace laws 3. Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, and ensure that they work together effectively 4. Assist leadership to determine the hire (and fire) of employees at every level 5. Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations 6. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed 7. Provide regular safety and compliance training 8. Create and maintain a budget 9. Act as the 'face' of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents' families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families.
