We are conducting a search for a strong, compassionate, and results-driven LNHA to lead a skilled nursing and long-term care community. We are looking for a leader who understands that successful nursing home operations are about more than numbers and compliance — they are about people, relationships, quality care, and creating a culture where employees want to stay and residents feel at home. What You'll Be Responsible For As the Administrator, you will provide leadership and oversight for the overall operation of the facility while partnering with your clinical and department leaders to achieve quality, operational, and financial goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead daily operations of the skilled nursing and long-term care community Build, coach, and develop a strong interdisciplinary leadership team Promote a culture of resident-centered care, accountability, teamwork, and respect Partner with the Director of Nursing and clinical team to support quality outcomes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements Prepare for and successfully navigate state and federal surveys Monitor census, staffing, labor, financial performance, and key operational metrics Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall team performance Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners Address operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational growth
What We're Looking For Required:
Current LNHA license Leadership experience within long-term care/skilled nursing Strong knowledge of nursing home operations and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
