Summary In the role of Administrator, you will be essential in overseeing operations within a long-term care setting, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented to meet residents' needs. Reporting to the management team, you will leverage your leadership and supervising experience to foster a supportive environment that upholds residents' rights. Your core skills in operations management and home & community care, combined with premium expertise in senior care and dementia care, will enable you to enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Qualifications Must have thorough knowledge of both Federal and State Nursing Home regulations A current Missouri LNHA - License Nursing Home Administrator or RCAL - Residential Care Dynamic leader Experienced Administrator Experience with turnaround/ policy/ procedure implementation geared for Quality outcomes Experience with survey compliance Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility. Supervise staff in providing quality care to residents with diverse needs. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents. Ensure compliance with residents' rights and regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Utilize strong communication skills to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize resident care. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
