Essential Qualifications:
Work with teams to address business objectives, marketing strategies, and staff development. Lead interdisciplinary teams to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family and employee satisfaction benchmarks, and financial goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience in Skilled Nursing facility. Must be a Licensed Administrator in the State of Mississippi. Must be experienced in Mississippi State and Federal Long Term Care Regulations. Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans, AR, and HR. Computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication skills- orally and written. Must be able to plan, train, organize, and effectively present to group meetings. Must have ability to evaluate, analyze data, and processes to determine effectiveness and cost benefit of efforts. Other Qualifications Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
