Currently, we are seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility located near Townsend, MT area. We are looking for an Interim Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care administration, with a focus on ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This is a temporary position with great travel opportunities, and all expenses will be paid.
Requirements:
Active Montana NHA License (willing to obtain through reciprocity) Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
