About Mountain Vantage Properties Mountain Vantage Properties is a GROWING premium home watch and concierge company serving homeowners throughout Asheville and Western North Carolina. We care for second homes and vacation properties by providing detailed home inspections, proactive maintenance coordination, and exceptional customer service. Our clients trust us with some of their most valuable assets, so we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Perform scheduled home watch inspections at client homes Complete detailed digital inspection reports with photos using company software Identify maintenance concerns before they become expensive repairs Communicate professionally with homeowners Coordinate vendors and meet contractors at client properties when needed Perform light handyman tasks, including changing HVAC filters, replacing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, resetting GFCIs, tightening loose hardware, and basic household troubleshooting Ensure homes remain secure, clean, and operating properly Represent Mountain Vantage Properties with professionalism at every property What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, trustworthy, mechanically inclined, and enjoys solving problems. You don't need to be a licensed contractor, but you should be the type of person family or friends call when something around the house needs attention. You should be comfortable handling straightforward household issues safely and know when a repair requires a qualified professional. This position requires working independently in high-end homes. Attention to detail, professionalism, sound judgment, and excellent customer service are essential. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Clean driving record Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate stairs Previous experience in property management, maintenance, hospitality, construction, home inspections, or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
