We are a standalone Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Charlotte market seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who believes exceptional clinical outcomes and exceptional hospitality should go hand in hand. This is not a "keep the lights on" operator role. We are looking for a visible leader who rounds daily, knows residents by name, builds strong culture with staff, and creates an environment where families genuinely feel cared for the moment they walk through the doors.
