About the Facility Provides long‑term care, short‑term rehab, Memory Care, Wound Care, Respiratory services, IV therapy, Diagnostics, and Pain Management. Strong corporate support and regional resources. Role Overview You'll lead all daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive census and financial performance, and support a high‑quality, resident‑centered culture. Requirements Active LNHA license in North Carolina Experience managing a 120+ bed SNF/LTC facility Strong financial, census, and occupancy management Knowledge of NC state/federal LTC regulations Leadership experience across clinical and operational teams Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and compliance Lead and develop staff Support individualized care plans and resident dignity Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain quality outcomes Manage staffing, recruitment, and retention The role comes with a highly competitive remuneration package and realistic progression opportunities onto regional leadership responsibilities.
