Full-time Full-Time Position:
Group Home Manager The Group Home Manager oversees the daily operations of the home, including staff supervision, scheduling, and coordination to ensure high-quality care and a well-functioning team.
Schedule:
Open availability required, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to cover (fill in for) various shifts as needed On-call availability required Includes an additional 8 hours per week dedicated to administrative duties Flexible hours based on program needs
Work Environment:
Group home and community-based support settings. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including the group home, community, and day programs.
Requirements:
Reliable, dependable, and strong work ethic Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record State-minimum auto insurance required Successful completion of background checks
