What We're Looking For Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for licensure Nebraska LNHA license OR ability to obtain Nebraska licensure Kansas-licensed Nursing Home Administrators are welcome to apply Skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility operations Proven ability to lead and develop teams Strong communication and relationship-building skills Financial and operational management experience Ability to create accountability while maintaining a positive, supportive culture Who Thrives in This Role?
