Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care, satisfaction, and outcomes Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care Manage and develop the nursing home's human resources, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff Maintain accurate records and reports, including census, staffing, and financial reports Identify and address any areas of concern or non-compliance Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments About the
