What Youll Do:
As our Memory Support Director, you will provide expert leadership and clinical oversight for our memory care program, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by: Implementing and managing the Portraits Program with Montessori methods and individualized components, ensuring the physical, mental, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of each memory support resident are met.

Conducting comprehensive resident assessments/evaluations before move-in and on an ongoing basis, updating resident service agreements as appropriate.

Leading, directing, and overseeing the caregiver team, ensuring high performance through effective selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, including ongoing dementia education.

Ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance by conducting care observations, auditing documentation (including Yardi/Care Stream tasks and call light response), and implementing actions to address deficiencies.

Establishing and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and external partners like home health, hospice, and regulatory agencies.

Implementing operational processes, procedures, and best practices that ensure consistent application throughout the community, and overseeing departmental functions including budget, staffing, and record-keeping.
