Up to 50% Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a highly respected senior living organization as a Clinical Director of Senior Living . This is a corporate-level clinical leadership position based in West Omaha, Nebraska , providing clinical oversight, guidance, and support specifically to the organization's Assisted Living communities . The Clinical Director will support a focused portfolio of six Assisted Living communities and serve as a clinical resource and mentor to community leadership. This individual will help drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, clinical best practices, leadership development, and resident-centered care throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assisted Living clinical leader, Regional Nurse, Regional Director of Nursing, Clinical Consultant, or Director of Nursing who is ready to take the next step into a multi-site leadership position. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and support to Assisted Living communities. Serve as a resource and partner to community clinical and operational leaders. Promote high-quality resident care, clinical best practices, and positive outcomes. Support compliance with Assisted Living regulations, policies, and operational standards. Assist communities with survey preparation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Coach, mentor, and develop clinical leaders across the organization. Identify opportunities to strengthen clinical processes and resident services. Support the implementation and development of new clinical programs and initiatives. Collaborate with operational leadership and other service lines across the continuum of care. Help communities identify challenges, implement solutions, and achieve organizational goals. Travel to communities as needed to provide hands-on clinical leadership and support. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Previous nursing leadership experience within Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or a related healthcare setting. Assisted Living clinical and regulatory experience strongly preferred. Multi-site, regional, corporate clinical, DON, or similar leadership experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical operations. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop nursing leaders. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Ability to lead change and work collaboratively with both clinical and operational teams. Ability to travel up to 50% to communities throughout Nebraska and Missouri. Why Consider This Opportunity?
