Our recently renovated facility provides post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized clinical services in a comfortable, resident-centered environment. We are committed to continuous improvement and providing an exceptional experience for every resident and family we serve. Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Promote excellence in resident care, customer satisfaction, and clinical outcomes Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering accountability and teamwork Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census growth Partner with regional leadership to achieve organizational goals Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and employee engagement Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)L Current New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, NJ Department of Health requirements, and reimbursement systems Proven experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational performance Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Track record of improving quality measures, survey outcomes, employee retention, and resident satisfaction Join Complete Care at Regent and become part of a team dedicated to delivering compassionate care, operational excellence, and meaningful outcomes for the residents and families we serve.
