Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) Job Description We are looking for a responsible and driven Home Care Administrator to help manage day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about serving the community. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior experience? No problem - we are willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate and schedule caregiver shifts and client visits Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation Ensure compliance with state and agency policies Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of caregivers Monitor care plans and service delivery for quality and consistency Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Comfortable with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Professional demeanor with a positive attitude Bilingual (English and Spanish ) preferred Previous home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train!
