  • 150,000 The starting rate is based on experience, and this position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As our Executive Director, your main role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community, making sure that all residents are treated with dignity and respect. You'll also be responsible for keeping our community within budget and finding ways to increase revenue and control expenses. An important part of your job will be helping to create the annual operating budgets and explaining any significant differences from the approved budgets. You'll also oversee marketing efforts to maintain a strong presence in the community and keep the facility full. In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage a team of associates. This will include recruiting, training, and retaining employees, as well as making sure that all personnel policies and procedures are followed. You'll be supervising all staff and encouraging them to perform their best and grow in their roles. While your job will involve wearing many hats, your ultimate goal will always be to provide the best possible experience for our assisted living residents!
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the general management and operations of a healthcare facility, preferably in long-term care Ability to meet qualification standards for assisted living facility administrators Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees A heart for serving seniors Why Join Western States Lodging & Management?
