THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE
Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff Responsible for revenue and expenses of the community and is responsible for preparing the annual operating budget for approval by the Home Office Obtain and maintain high satisfaction rates for residents, families & employees Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Implement and maintain company policies & procedures
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE
Passionate about building a high performing team and maintaining high morale 3-5 years of experience operating an Assisted Living Community as an Administrator or Executive Director Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small group presentations Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities Computer proficiency If you have a heart to serve, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn & grow we would love to talk to you!
