Job Description

A respected skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of one of its New York facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about delivering quality resident care, driving operational performance, and building a strong, engaged team.

Salary:

$180,000-$300,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

Active New York State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing Demonstrated success leading skilled nursing facilities through state surveys and regulatory compliance Strong operational and financial management skills, including census growth and staff development Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams Stable employment history with progressive leadership experience in long-term care
