This role ensures the highest standards of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction, while maintaining financial stewardship. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state (NYSDOH), and local regulations Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and person-centered care Lead, mentor, and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders Collaborate with campus leadership to align services and support system-wide goals Qualifications Current New York State Nursing Home Administrator license (required) Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of NYS and federal regulations Demonstrated success in quality outcomes, team leadership, and operational management Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Commitment to mission-driven, resident-centered care What Makes You a Great Fit You are a visible, hands-on leader who builds trust and inspires others.
