Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Utica, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. With a focus on maintaining a Caring Environment and delivering Excellent Care, you will lead and direct all Clinical and Administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all Clinical and Administrative functions in the facility Develop and implement a facility management system Administer, manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure quality care Manage the financial operations of the facility Monitor and maintain facility compliance with State and Federal regulations Oversee the facility's quality assurance process Ensure individual rights and opportunities for choice exist for all residents
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as an AOR Current New York State LNHA Certification Basic computer skills, including email use Experience in performance management and effective leadership Proven Leadership & Management Skills Strong verbal & written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding resident & TGHS proprietary information Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels
