Full-Time Job Summary Comprehensive Behavioral Health Associates is seeking a reliable and compassionate Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility serving adults. The Group Home Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents while supervising staff and maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home Supervise and support direct care staff Ensure residents receive appropriate care and supervision Maintain resident records and documentation Coordinate appointments, medications, and transportation as needed Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations Conduct routine safety and cleanliness checks Assist with staff scheduling and training Communicate effectively with residents, families, and outside providers Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in behavioral health, social services, healthcare, or residential services preferred Supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings Strong organizational and communication skills Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive work environment Meaningful work serving individuals in the community How to Apply Submit your resume for consideration.
