Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility in the Avon, Ohio area. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of resident care, supporting staff development, and driving overall facility success.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for daily facility operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and census development Recruit, mentor, and support department leaders and staff Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners Ensure quality assurance and risk management programs are effectively implemented Work closely with clinical leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals
Qualifications:
Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Ohio Previous long-term care administration experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities Proven ability to manage budgets, operations, and staff effectively Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
