We are looking for a proven leader with a passion for excellence in resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, and operational success. Position Summary The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management, operation, and success of the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of driving clinical and financial performance, and a dedication to providing exceptional care and service to residents and families. Qualifications Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Ohio (required) Minimum of 3-5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience in a skilled nursing facility Demonstrated success in facility operations, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, census growth, and employee engagement Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proven ability to develop and mentor department leaders Strong financial and operational management experience Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive resident-centered culture Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Drive clinical excellence and quality outcomes Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and operational goals Lead recruitment, retention, and development efforts for staff and department leaders Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners Support census development and market growth initiatives What We're Looking For High-energy leadership style Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence Results-driven mindset Passion for developing teams and creating a positive workplace culture Ability to inspire others and lead through change Dedication to delivering exceptional resident care and customer service Why Join Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center?
